Medical Qi Kung

Qi Kung is an ancient exercise that involves sitting, standing or moving postures with co-ordinated breathing. Medical Qi kung is designed to improve failing health, rebalance or enhance ones health. The type of posture and the way of movement can help focus the energy into specific organs meridians or areas of the body to elicit a desired outcome. 

Donald has been practising Qi Kung for almost 25 years and has studied under Sifu Raymond Rand (the most senior student of Master Lam Kam Chuen). More recently in 2005 Donald made the acquaintance of the head of the Medical Qi Kung department in Xi Yuan Hospital Dr Xu Hong Tao who has much expertise in Medical Qi Kung. At the same time Donald began studying with Professor Yu Yong Nian Shi Ye (Grand Master).

With a little practise through a daily routine, taking only a few minutes of your time, Medical Qi Kung can improve your state of well-being. Whether you are suffering from illness or just want to do something to keep you healthy these exercises are a useful addition to your daily routine.

Donald Teaches 15 minute sessions on a one to one basis in the clinic over a number of weeks this builds up to a comprehensive set of Medical Qi Kung exercises for the whole body and greater health
